Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to educational sessions booked with Cloud Route Hub Ltd: workshops, one-to-one coaching, team briefings, and study circle membership.

Workshop cancellations by you

  • 14+ days before the session: Full refund of any fees paid, including deposit.
  • 7–13 days before: Deposit retained; remainder refunded.
  • Less than 7 days before: No refund unless we can fill your place from a waitlist.

Coaching cancellations by you

  • 48+ hours before: Full refund or free reschedule.
  • Less than 48 hours: 50% fee retained; remainder refunded.
  • No-show: No refund.

Team briefings

Cancellations 10 or more business days before the scheduled briefing receive a full refund. Cancellations 5–9 business days before retain 40% to cover preparation time. Cancellations within 4 business days are non-refundable unless we agree to reschedule at our discretion.

Study circle membership

Monthly fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins. You may cancel future months with 14 days' written notice before the next billing date.

Cancellations by us

If we cancel a session, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost. We are not liable for travel costs you incur, but we will notify you as early as possible.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted for workshops if requested at least 14 days before the original date. Coaching sessions may be rescheduled once without charge if requested 48+ hours ahead.

Deposits

Workshop deposits of 30% confirm your place. Deposits are refunded according to the cancellation windows above.

Non-refundable items

  • Printed workbooks already posted to you at cancellation
  • Custom briefing slides after the discovery call and outline approval
  • Study circle months already commenced

Work already started

Partial refunds are not available once a session has begun. If you leave a workshop early for personal reasons, standard cancellation terms apply based on the notice given before the start time.

Refund process

Email hello@cloudroutehub.click with your booking reference. Approved refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions for documented medical emergencies or severe weather preventing travel to Edinburgh sessions. Contact us to discuss.
