1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of cloudroutehub.click and your booking of educational sessions with Cloud Route Hub Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in Scotland. By using this website or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

2. Educational services

We provide Solana DeFi education through workshops, coaching, briefings, and study circles. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Solana or the Solana Foundation.

3. Bookings and payment

Session fees are quoted on our pricing page and confirmed by invoice. Workshop bookings require a 30% deposit. Coaching sessions are payable in full at booking. We do not process payments through this website; payment instructions are sent by email.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, slide decks, and website content are owned by Cloud Route Hub Ltd. You may use materials for personal learning but may not redistribute, sell, or publish them without written permission.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your own wallet security and any mainnet activity you undertake after sessions. You must provide accurate information when booking and attend sessions prepared as described on the relevant service page.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of blockchain networks, DeFi protocols, or decisions made after educational sessions. Our total liability for any claim relating to a session is limited to the fee paid for that session.

7. Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Website use

You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content for commercial republication. We may update or suspend the site without notice.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and Scotland as applicable to contracts for services performed in the United Kingdom. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
